Queen Scallops With Nutty Butter

 28 Queen Scallops in the half shell if possible
225g or 8oz Unsalted butter
Chopped flat leaf parsley
Maldon salt
Freshly ground pepper
Juice of half a lemon

Time to prepare is 15 minutes. This should serve 4 people.

Pre-heat grill. Place butter in a small pan over a medium heat until butter melts and begins to turn brown and to smell nutty. Remove and brush the queen scallops with the butter and then grill for 5 minutes. Keep remaining butter warm. Remove queens and place on four serving plates. Pour over some nutty butter and squeeze over lemon juice. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and scatter with parsley. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
